Dispatch, Pay, and Miles

• $.36 to $.41 per mile (teams can earn up to $.45/mile split between both drivers)
• Personalized 24/7 dispatch, non-forced
• 10 to 14 days out, 2 to 3 days off (Chicago and Las Vegas get home more often: 7 to 10 days out)
• Deadhead paid after first 50 miles
• Average 3,200 miles a week
• Direct deposit every Friday
• Company cell phone provided, No QualComm
• 99% no touch freight
• 24 - hour emergency service
• Layover pay ($50 after first 24 hours)
• Stop pay ($25)
• Detention pay ($15 an hour after 2 hours)
• Paid lumpers
• Scales reimbursed
• Tolls reimbursed

Bonuses and Benefits

• Sign-on bonus ($250 paid after 90 days as long as no accidents, tickets, or late appointments)
• Referral bonus ($500 paid after 6 months as long as referred drive for 6 months and 65,000 miles within 6 months, and both drivers are still employed at Leader Express)
• Safety bonus ($25 - $250 based on longevity, no tickets, no accidents, and no out of service violations)
• Vacation pay (1 week paid vacation after 1 year as a W-2 employee)
• 401k (available after 1 year as a W-2 employee)

Requirements

If you meet the following requirements, please apply to join our team!

• Must be 23 years of age
• Must have 2 years of OTR tractor trailer experience
• No more than 1 accident in the past 3 years
• No more than 4 moving violations in the past 36 months, no more than 2 in the last 12 months. (none speeding over 14 mph)
• No DUIs
• No convictions concerning drugs, violence, or theft EVER
